Stayground connects international schools, coaches, and parents to organise after-school enrichment activities. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who uses Stayground

The Service is intended for adults: school administrators, coaches, and parents. The Service is not directed at children, and children do not create their own accounts. Where a parent or school provides information about a child (such as a child’s name to register them for an activity), that information is supplied by the responsible adult and used only to manage the relevant enrolment.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your name, email address, phone number, password (stored in encrypted form), and your role (school administrator, coach, or parent).
• School information — for school administrators: the school’s name, code, address, type, and related details.
• Coach profile information — for coaches: professional details such as areas of specialisation and a short biography.
• Activity information — bookings, enrolments, schedules, ratings, and related records you create while using the Service.
• Communications — emails we send (such as invitations and account notifications) and messages you send to us.
• Technical and usage information — basic device and app information, log data, and signals such as when you first open the mobile app, used to operate and improve the Service.

3. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and verify your identity at login.
• To provide the core features of the Service — linking parents to schools, managing coach invitations and profiles, and handling bookings and enrolments.
• To send you essential communications, such as invitations, confirmations, and account-related notices.
• To maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the Service.
• To understand how the Service is used so we can improve it.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

• Within your school community — for example, a coach’s profile is visible to the school administrators they work with, and relevant booking details are shared between the parties involved in an activity.
• With service providers who help us run the Service under contract, including our cloud hosting and backend providers, our authentication provider, and our email-delivery provider. These providers process data only on our behalf and in line with this policy.
• For legal reasons — if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
• In a business transfer — if Stayground is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data storage and security

Your information is stored on secure cloud infrastructure operated by our service providers. We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and encrypted password storage, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information after account closure where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

7. Your rights and choices

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or ask us to close your account, by contacting us at the email below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. You can also stop using the Service and uninstall the app at any time.

8. International users

Stayground operates primarily in Egypt and the wider MENA region. Your information may be processed and stored on servers located in other countries by our service providers. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to those locations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be communicated to you directly. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
